Working Drawings and Approvals

Once the preliminary designs are approved, we develop detailed construction drawings and obtain the necessary approvals from relevant authorities. This ensures that the project complies with all local regulations and standards.

Joint Ventures/Lease

To maximize returns, we offer structured agreements through joint ventures and leasing. These partnerships are tailored to align with the client’s financial goals and optimize the value of the development.

Construction

We then move to full-scale construction services, managing every phase from groundbreaking to completion. Our experienced team ensures that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Rent Collection

After construction, we handle Rent Collection as part of our comprehensive service. Rental income is managed and distributed with a 70-30% split—70% to investors and 30% to clients—ensuring that both parties benefit from the revenue generated. This arrangement continues throughout the agreed-upon period until our initial capital plus profit is collected not exceeding 15 years.

Finally, we ensure a seamless transition of the property back to the client after collecting our initial capital plus profit. This transition occurs within a maximum of 15 years.
